
Bishop Ernest L. Moore, Jr.
Bishop Ernest L. Moore, Jr. is a devoted 3rd generation African American Holiness-Pentecostal minister who exemplifies a profound passion for his heritage and a relentless commitment to providing holistic ministry. Through his diligent service to the church and community, he embodies servant leadership and a deep love for his people. Bishop Moore is the Co-Founder of the Ida B. Robinson Institute, a non-profit organization in Richmond, Virginia dedicated to building the capacity of and creating opportunities for faith and community leaders invested in working towards equity. Among many other initiatives, the Ida B. Robinson Institute aims to elevate the stories and accomplishments of Black historical figures from Richmond that have traditionally been left out of the official narrative of the city’s history.
