
Gerri Hobdy
Gerri Hobdy, principal of Pleroma LLC, has 35 years in nonprofit leadership, focusing on community partnerships and grantmaking. With Baton Rouge Area Foundation, she managed grantmaking and disaster recovery strategy post-Katrina. She previously served as Louisiana’s Assistant Secretary of Cultural Development, leading state arts grantmaking and launching Louisiana’s African American Heritage trail. Now, as Board Chairman for the Power Coalition for Equity and Justice, she champions social justice through arts. A Dillard University alumna, she holds an M.A. from the University of New Orleans.
