Today, we launched our 2020 Presidential Policy Tracker. The tracker summarizes and highlights the current presidential candidates’ stances on racial equity issues in a single, accessible website.

As you all know, we at EPU believe that we can only fulfill America’s promise of justice and opportunity for all if we break down the barriers that have divided us by design. To do this, we need our leaders at the local, state, and national levels to prioritize creating more equitable communities. Our tracker is an informative clearinghouse where interested citizens can learn where each of the candidates stand on issues related to racial equity, from changes to the criminal justice system to greater health equity. The issues we have tracked are all areas identified by the more than 800 individuals we interviewed leading up to Divided by Design. The tracker is intended as an informational resource and is not a judgment of any candidate’s policy or position. As candidates of all parties continue to update their platforms in the months leading up to November, we will continue to update the tracker.

You can help us amplify the tracker’s reach by sharing, retweeting, and reposting any posts from my Twitter or Facebook and from E Pluribus Unum’s TwitterFacebook, or Instagram accounts about the tracker.

Have suggestions? Email us at info@unumfund.org.

Over the next few months, we will continue to roll out a number of major initiatives including our leadership accelerator and work around narrative change.

In the interim, thank you for your support. Together, we are working to fulfill America’s promise to us all.

Sincerely,

Mitch Landrieu
Founder and President
